Donations/Sponsor Requests

As much as we would like to, we cannot support all requests.
Each donation request will get careful consideration. Please reach out to us about the event, date of the event, how the donation would be used, amount or what the request is, have we contributed in the past, and contact information for the organization. We kindly ask you give 4-6 weeks notice. We appreciate your commitment to the community and wanting to involve us and look forward to reviewing your request.
